Our church has a Magewell HDMI to USB Capture device. It does not seem to be working with vMix. The USB is 3.0 the camera is 1080p60fps and the PC is a Dell with 16GB running Windows 10 Pro. We still have no picture. Any ideas for troubleshooting? The USB is recognized in vMix.
