We have a loaded Windows 10 computer which runs Propresenter and OBS to broadcast worship service. We have a PTZ optics camera and a Blackmagic webpresenter box which switches between camera and propresenter video sources.
Everything works great unless we play a prerecorded video. when either recording or streaming, the prerecorded video has buffering/lag issues and video hangs, the audio continues as normal. The video seems to be playing normal while live but when we run the playback that is when the issues are visible.
We checked our computer and processor and memory capacity seem to be fine. Anybody have a guess as to where our chokepoint might be? Are we asking too much of propresenter? Blackmagic? OBS?
