Ecamm doesn't see our NDI camera

The NDI camera is on our network, and can be controlled. We are unable to connect it to Ecamm Live for broadcast.

We have had one (1) other report of this issue and it was resolved in the following method

  • Restart the PC
  • Open eCamm Live
  • Restart the camera

After the camera rebooted the end user was able to connect to their PTZOptics NDI camera.


Of note in this setup the end users Mac was hard wired to their network and they had NewTeks NDI Access Manager in use.
