orange color tint

I am using a PTZOptics 20X-SDI, OBS software, and a Blackmagic box for live streaming. The picture sometimes has an orange tint. I've noticed it happens when the camera has not been moved in several minutes. Can you offer any suggestions to fix this?

Hi Rebecca,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this, admittedly odd, issue with your setup.

I'll do my best to run down some basic trouble shooting steps and inquiries so we can hopefully discover the root of the issue in hopes of finding a solid solution if not uncovered during this first round...

Which BlackMagicDevices model are you using?
Are you using the HDMI or SDI output of the camera?
Have you been able to test using the HDMI output of the camera directly to a display to see if the same problem exists?
Have you tried replacing the signal cabling with a knowing working cable?
Does the signal cable travel near any potential source of EM interference such as lighting ballasts or compressors?
Are there any changing lighting scenarios at use while this occurs?
