I have a simple set up with our PTZ cam for our church. It feeds from camera thru AJA to to the computer. We tried everything; directed power to the USB port, checked all the settings. internet runs great. The problem is the video freezes in the middle of the service. I have our guy ready to deactivate then activate so it can function again. I looking to purchase a second camera but I wont until I figure out this problem. Thank you. Is it Software or Hardware?
