He has a variety of vibration isolating mounting solutions that may provide some good inspiration of specific methods to mitigate the vibrations.

I am using one of the wall mounts for my PTZOptics camera. Unfortunately the only location I could mount it was on the front support of the balcony seating. Anyone who moves on the balcony shakes the camera. Any ideas for a shock mount that I could either put in between the mount and the wall, or underneath the camera?
