We just received a new ZCAM-G2, but when we connect to it with NewTek Studio Monitor it appears that this product does not have NDI activated out of the box unlike our PTVL-NDI-ZCAM.
Is there a version of this unit that can be purchased with NDI pre-enabled? What is the cost for adding an NDI HX license to this unit?

Hello Chris,
The PTEPTZ-ZCAM does not ship with an NDI license applied to it. You can purchase a license and apply it to that camera to use NDI, the cost of a license is $599.00.
The equivalent NDI model to the camera you have is the PTEPTZ-NDI-ZCAM.

Thanks Colin. Looks like our purchasing department ordered the wrong part #, but can't really blame them as it seems the wrong SKU is listed on the PTZOptics website NDI page. We are integrators so field upgrades are really not a viable option for us.
Thanks for the corrected SKU, we'll return these and order the correct part #.
