Hi, I would like to shoot 30fps but I am unable to follow the 180 degree rule as 1/60 would flicker as I am in a PAL country , I tried looking for the 1/50 shutter speed as it is closest to the 1/60 shutter speed but wouldn't flicker but to no avail. Is it possible to add 1/50 shutter speed to the PTZOptics Camera that I own?
