Unfortunately NDI, the organization, will not allow us to upgrade any existing models and be able to gain HX3 certification.
If you would like to tune your existing PTZOptics cameras to produce a higher quality NDI|HX stream than you may currently be seeing please find an experimental guide attached for reference.
We are working hard to see what "new" model(s) could be made available to support the HX3 capabilities and requirements as soon as possible.
If you have any additional questions about HX3 or in general please do not hesitate to return to the forums.

I know it has only been a couple of months at best, but here goes...
I was wondering what the timeline is for HX3 support in PTZOptics cameras? Which camera models/versions should we expect upgrade availability? Thank you.
