I would reach out to Support@ptzoptics.com with the serial number of the unit. There was a bug with a few of the production runs that left the joysticks occasionally issuing "phantom commands (usually left)". This should just need a firmware update to fix but we need to confirm the serial number first. The update changes the "dead zone" of the joystick so the unit doesn't thin it should pan when sitting idle.
