There is a known issue right now and it has to do with Skype for Business not accepting 60 frames a second on Windows 10 machines. If you Change the rotary dial on the back of your camera to "6", this should be 1080p30 which is 30 frames a second. You should have no issues getting video into Skype for Business once you change the rotary dial to 6 and power cycle your camera.
