This is a sign there may be something wrong with the network setup that this camera is connected to. The best way to test this is to run the NDI®  test pattern Generator from Newtek and and then try and pull that NDI®  stream in Studio monitor, preferably on another computer. If that feed shows up, then there may be something wrong with the camera configuration or the NDI®  license on the camera. If this happens please put in a ticket on the home page of If the feed does not show up, there may be some configuring to do on the network. I would let your IT department know about the trouble and they should be able to make sure things are routed correctly.
