This is a sign there may be something wrong with the network setup that this camera is connnected to. The best way to test this is to run the NDI test pattern Generator from Newtek and and then try and pull that NDI stream in Studio monitor, preferably on another computer. If that feed shows up, then there may be something wrong with the camera configuration or the NDI license on the camera. If this happens please put in a ticket on the home page of If the feed does not show up, there may be some configuring to do on the network. I would let your IT department know about the trouble and they should be able to make sure things are routed correctly.
