We did see some issues with the NDI® feeds of the camera in certain setups have this issue. The screen would blank out grey for a frame or 2 and then over the next couple seconds, fill the pixels back in with the image.
This seems to have been fixed with the newest version of the NDI®|HX driver which can be gotten in the NDI® tools download. We did work with Newtek and our own engineering team to address the issue and so far this fix seems to be working for most people.
